CHAPTER ONE
Discovery Call
We begin with a free 30 minute Introductory discovery call with you to understand your story, what you need and are looking for. It gives us both an opportunity where we get to know you, and you get to know us as see if we’re able to help you! We’re confident that we can, but if not we would love to point you in the right direction with our reccomendations and help you move forward in acheiving your goals.
CHAPTER TWO
Strategy Consultation
In our strategy consultation, we explore key messages you wish to communicate as well as discussing your pain points with creative solutions to address them. We will also outline the creative vision and project scope, along with a transparent budget, and a clear timeline for prompt deliverables.
CHAPTER THREE
Pre-Production
The work begins and we assemble everything needed for the success of your story, from scheduling to logistics, to securing digital assets and brand guidelines from you. All the way into concept and script development, location scouting, hiring and rentals as well as casting. We'll handle it all for you.
CHAPTER FOUR
Production
This is where your story comes to life. Our experienced team manages every aspect of the shoot, ensuring your vision is captured with precision and creativity. We coordinate the crew, direct talent, oversee lighting and sound, and solve any challenges that arise on set. Whether it’s a single-day shoot or a multi-location project, we keep your goals front and center, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable production experience.
CHAPTER FIVE
Post-Production
After the cameras stop rolling, our post-production team takes over to craft your final product. We handle video editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects to bring your story to its full potential. You’ll have opportunities to review drafts and provide feedback, ensuring the finished piece aligns perfectly with your brand and objectives.
CHAPTER SIX
Delivery & Distribution
Once your project is polished and approved, we deliver your content in the formats you need—optimized for web, social media, broadcast, or internal use. If desired, we can also assist with distribution strategies, helping you reach your target audience through digital and social media marketing,
